I have 10+ years of experience supporting executives, aligning cross-functional teams, and turning strategy into action. Previously, I led cross-functional initiatives at 23andMe, where I developed KPIs to guide executive decision-making, improved engagement across millions of customers, and built scalable programs to support long-term growth.

I thrive on helping organizations move from vision to execution - whether that means creating order out of chaos, building systems that empower people to do their best work, or strengthening partnerships that amplify impact. My current focus is on nonprofit, education and social impact organizations, especially those working at the intersection of equity and innovation.

What keeps me busy outside of work:

• Exploring North Carolinas lakes and trails 
• Volunteering with The Park CDC and CORRAL
• Travel, fitness, matcha tea lattes, strategy video games, attempting to garden and running amateur food tours
